Question for Pokemon Heart Gold
How do I obtain a Vulpix by trade in heart gold? Or can it be found somewhere in the wild?
And it is possible to obtain a wild Ponyta?

Vulpix cannot be caught in HeartGold. You must trade for one or migrate one.
Ponyta can be found on Routes 22, 26, 27, and 28, as well as Mt. Silver. It can also be obtained from the Pokewalker courses Rugged Road and Volcano Path. I would suggest trading for one or migrating one, it will probably be quicker.

Vulpix can not be found in HeartGold.
However, you may be able to find someone local to trade with you, or you can go on the SuperCheats Pokemon Forums and ask someone, I'm sure someone would be willing to trade you a Vulpix.
