I am going to assume you are looking for advice on your team, seeing as you didn't actually ask a question.

You shouldn't have a Pokemon know multiple offensive moves of the same type. It is a mistake everyone does when they start out. It is better to diversify the movesets.

Jinx should only be taught Special Attacks. Its base Attack stat is less than half of that of it's Special Attack.

Quagsire should have physical attacks because it's base Attack is higher. The difference isn't as big as it is with Jynx, so it might not make much of a difference and you may be able to run special moves. Whirl Pool and Rock Smash are far too weak. How does your Ground-type not know a Ground-type move? Quagsire would an excellent user of Earthquake.

Ho-oh should lose Punishment. It is not that good of an attack. Attacks are better, as Ho-oh's base Attack is highest, however it's Special Attack is still very good.

You don't need two Fire-types. Replace Typhlosion or Ho-oh.

Gyarados should never know Special Attacks. Its Attack stat is more than twice that of it's Special Attack. Waterfall is a great move, and Ice Fang is weak, but great for type coverage.

You should have trained your team more. They should all be about the same level, and by the time you face Lance for the first time they should be about level 45-50, minimum.

As for rounding out your team, I would suggest a Grass- or Fighting-type. Your team is VERY weak to Rock-type moves. Quagsire is great for protection, and Ampharos only needs to worry about added Ground-typing. Jynx, Typhlosion, and Gyarados all have single weaknesses to Rock, and Ho-oh has a double weakness.

Jynx may be your best bet (for now) at beating Lance. Ice does quadruple damage to each of his Dragonite, and does double damage to Aerodactyl (but Aerodactyl's Rock Slide will destroy Jynx). Rock-type moves can do minimum double damage to all of his Pokemon (quadruple to Charizard).
