Which trainer in heart gold has a charmander? I have a cheat to catch trainer Pokemon but don't know where the trainer is.

I believe there are two trainers in Pokemon HeartGold that have a Charmander. I believe a Trainer in Union Cave and on Route 14 have a Charmander.
