Question for Pokemon Heart Gold
If I delete my file on heartgold with a Pokemon in the pokewalker will the Pokemon in the pokewalker get deleted too

I do not believe the Pokemon on the PokeWalker will be deleted too. Just to be safe, Transfer the Pokemon back to the Game before you delete the Game File.

The pokewalker will not delete it's data if you delete your save file. However, you cannot use that pokewalker with a different save file until you delete the pokewalker data. A Pokemon on the pokewalker can only be retrieved by the save file that put it there.

The Pokemon will not be deleted but you wont be able to send it to the new game hope this helps cause it happend to me
