Well, we're not exactly supposed to talk about ROMs, but... Just go through your emulator's options and find which buttons are Up, Select, and B. Press those three buttons all at the same time while on the main title screen, and it will allow you to delete your old saved game data.

If it's on PC I'd think delete the in-game save data.
