Question for Pokemon Heart Gold
Where can I find a smergle? I thought it was located near ruins of alph, bu I couldn't find it.

Well, yes. It is located within the Ruins of Alph, but you can also find one in the Safari Zone. The reason you're having trouble finding one is because it's an uncommon Pokemon. You really have to search your butt off if you want to hunt one down.

You must go through the north exit of the cave just south of the Ruins of Alph. Smeargle hunting will take time.
