I have one male typhlosion and I want a cyndaquil so is there a Pokemon I could put it with in daycare so I could get one?

I would recommend Ditto. It will help you do what you want to do, and it can breed with almost every Pokemon.

You could put in a Ditto (which would be the easiest), a female Cyndaquil, a female Quilava, or a female Typhlosion. You can get more egg moves by not using the Ditto, but you need to trade for the others.

You can use a ditto (any level) and it will lay an egg. This works with every Pokemon except legendaries.
