Question for Pokemon Heart Gold

I am unable to figure out how to copy and paste codes found here onto my Action Replay. How do I do it? Is there a way to add this site to my subscriptions? Any help would greatly appreciated.

OK what you do is you pull up your action replay CD that comes with the AR. Then you attach your action replay to the cord then hook it to your computer (the cord comes in the package) then you highlight the question and and click copy. Then you pull up the AR CD and in the right hand side under the subscriptions column you press the down code and pull it down and click on the game you want to the add the AR to and right click and press add new cheat it will come up with a cheat name and code. You then type the name and then paste the code then you drag the game into the left side of the column and it will drag the game over and update the AR be sure to click the commit changes at the top make lease comment if you don't understand and id be happy to help you!
