where, in pokemon heart gold, will i find the t.m. rock climb??? almost through with the game, cant find some missing tms...

If you talk to Professor Oak after you have defeated Blue at the Viridian Gym he will give you the HM Rock Climb.

i know theres not virdian city in pokemon heart gold

You'll only get the HM (not TM ) rock climb after you defeat Blue (the Viridian's Gym leader). After that, Professor Oak calls you to come to his lab, so he can give you a gift.

Prof. Oak gives it to you after beating BLue. HE is a gym leader. It is the HM08.
