Can we get deoxys in Pokemon black version two if so were do we get it or register it in a pokedex

A wifi event just ended to obtain Deoxys. You will most likely have to trade a friend for it or migrate it from an older game, because it is unobtainable in the main game.

Gamemaster121 is right:( I'm sorry but you'll have to get on the GTS and hopefully be able to trade someone.
