Question for Pokemon Black 2

I have Action Replay Dsi, and I recently just entered in the game Pokemon Black 2. I entered in one code manually and then pressed the "boot game with codes" button. When I did that, my Dsi screen froze, and I could not do anything. I went to the home screen of my Dsi and then rebooted Action Replay. I tried to start the game with codes for a second time, and it still froze. On my third try I completely shut down my Nintendo Dsi. Then when I was back to my Action Replay code list, I checked to see if I typed in my code correctly, and the code that I entered was correct. But the game still froze when trying to boot it up. I eventually deleted the code and tried to start the game with Action Replay, and it still froze. I do not know how to boot up my game correctly without it freezing.
