How to find a pikachu shiny and female I can't find it any where please help me and ill help you with your problems

Pikachu cannot be found within Pokemon Black, let alone a Shiny Pikachu. You can only obtain a Shiny Pikachu in Pokemon Black by PokeTranfer, an Action Replay Code, or Trade.
