Can you re-catch reshiram if you release it at dragon spiral tower if you beat the elite 4?

The game tells you that if you release a Pokemon, it is gone forever. This means that you can never catch the Reshiram in that game again, and because there is only one, you can never catch another Reshiram.
You need to trade for a Reshiram.

Ok, thanks for the answers,heard some say no shiny lock on reshiram/zekrom at dragonspiral,watched a guy on youtube soft-reset 3,022 times with no hacks and found shiny zekrom

Oh I've heard of this rumor too, I don't know if it's true though. But releasing your Reshiram would never make it reappear at Dragonspiral. For more questions for Pokemon Black check out the question page where you can search or ask your own question.
