Genesect cannot be found in Pokemon Black. It is an Event-Only Pokemon. The Event has yet to be released, so the only ways to obtain one are by Trade or an Action Replay Code.

Genesect is the ONLY Pokemon currently not officially revealed (Keldeo and Meloetta have been officially revealed in Japan). As such, Genesect is completely unavailable in any game. Be patient.

I heard that... Genesect is only in Black 2 & White 2 events, nowadays you just need to change your DS online settings, put in your DNS 1 this numbers: 164.132.44.106 and then go to mystery gift, receive by Nintendo Wi-Fi, and repeat the process until you get all events.
By the way, can anyone give my a Genesect for my Pk B1 & W1 in order to complete the Pokédex...
