There is one at the end of route 18 by Nuvema Town. Another is located in route14, by the higher places were the waterfalls are. I not sure of this one, but there might be one of them in the cold storage in Driftveil City. I also think one of them is somewhere in Chargestone Cave. Oh yes! There is one in Relic Castle by route 4 too. And there is probably one in Pinwheel Forest as well. But The 7nth sage I don't remember were he is, sorry.

There are only Six Team Plasma Sages that you can find. You cannot find Ghetsis or N.
A Sage be found in the following places:
1) Inside the Cold Storage where you once defeated Team Plasma.
2) Inside the new area of the Dreamyard.
3) On Route 18 near HM Waterfall.
4) Deep inside Chargestone Cave.
5) Inside Relic Castle. Right outside Volcarona's Chamber.
6) On Route 14 above the Waterfalls.
Are you find all Six Team Plasma Sages, Looker will give you some new information about N.
