Kyurem can be found in the Giant Chasm. It's at Level 70, so be prepared.

Here is a video on where to find it.

You can also obtain one by Trade or an Action Replay Code.

Kyurem can be found just left of lacunosa town, in the giant chasm. I don't know the exact coordinates but follow through the trees till you get to the middle. There should be a ditch with a puddle. Go to it. The screen turns white, then snow. Go north and enter the chasm(you can be attacked). It will be at level 70. Kyurem is no joke, be prepared because he hates pokeballs.
