My pokeball makes a irregular noise when I throw it and only wobbles once before I capture the Pokemon.

It is called a Critical Capture. It is a new feature in that rarely causes any style of Poke Ball to act as a Master Ball. It is extremely rare, but becomes slightly more common after you catch more Pokemon (best chance after you caught at least 600). You are very lucky.

This is a new feature for Pokemon Black and Pokemon White. It makes catching Pokemon really easy sometimes.
