Without EV's or moves it's rather hard to tell, but from the looks of it this team will be torn to shreds if you try to use it competitively. Eelektross is outsped and overpowered by most Pokemon used competitively, and Samurott is just not great in general. Krookodile is also rather outclassed by the likes of Darmanitan and Flygon. Ferrothorn deserves to be there, but you don't have anything to sponge Special attacks. Without moves and EV's though, I can't say anything about the other Pokemon on your team.
