My computer's not that good.Oops!
Here's the the question-When I got Snivy, I couldn't level it up even if I battle Pokemon or Pokemon trainers.I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Something seems to be wrong with your game. Your Snivy should level-up once you battle enough Wild Pokemon and Trainer Pokemon.
