Regice, Registeel, Regirock, and Regigigas cannot be found in Pokemon Black or Pokemon White. The only way to obtain them are by Trade, PokeTransfer, or an AR Code.

Actually you can find regigigas in the snowpoint city temple, on the bottom floor. You can't obtain it without the other three Regis though, and you also can't find the 3 Regis anywhere in unova region.

The Snowpoint city temple is in pokemon PLATNUM! Not Black, you can get it in pokemon black and white 2 though! Hope this helps!If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
