Keldeo can be obtained by an Event. However, the Event has not yet happened.
If you want a Keldeo now, you can get one by Trade or by an AR Code.

You have to wait until Nintendo officially reveals Keledo, then you have to wait until there is an event. Finally, you have to do what is needed for the event (go to a store or mystery gift).

This Pokemon is a event Pokemon but you can get this Pokemon by useing a action replay to get it
