It shows on the pokedex that I can find and cath laparas but 1 never shows up how long does it take to find something that big in a lake that small

Lapras can be found by surfing in the area by the Village Bridge. You must surf on the little bubbles that pop up. If you do this, there is a 5% chance Lapras will be the Pokemon that appears.
