Reshiram cannot be found in Pinwheel Forest or Nuvema Town. It can be found / battled at the end of N's Castle.

You can find him only once, and that is just before facing N and just after defeating the elite 4.Not in your local village or some random creepy forest.

Resiram is found in N's castlenot in any of those places and try not useing the master ball cause it would be better for tornadrous

You do not get it in the wild later on one of the gym leaders will give you an egg that hatches when you find team plasma leader N
