You can get Shaymin by Trade or PokeTransfer.

You can not with out a event OR different games such as heart gold or soul silver, and a event needs to happen.

I have made a shaymin that fits the event pokemons discription e.g. All attacks are the same as the event shaymins and it's works as a legit shaymin here is the link to the vid:
