You must beat Brycen and make it to the top of Dragonspiral Tower.

You have to beat the eliete 4 and the champion.then you will be able to cross.when you do,you get a special suprise!

First you must go to the Desert Resort and
Stop Team Plasma. Then you must go to Nacrene City and obtain the Light/Drak Stone. You can then go to the bridge again and the Team Plasma people will be gone. But Bianca will want to have a battle with you when you defeat her you will be able to acess the Tubline Bridge.
