By rare, I believe you mean Legendary Pokemon? Here's some help:
Reshiram - N's Castle
Victini - Liberty Island
Cobalion - Mistralton Cave
Terrakion - Victory Road
Virizion - Pinwheel Forest
Tornadus - Roaming Unova
Lanorus - Abundant Shrine
Kyurem - Giant Chasm
