Very good question. I believe you can obtain about 150 of the fifth generation Pokemon in Black. However, you can obtain many more on the national level.

i see but what about the leand airy pokemon tho if we dont have the pokemon white or the action replay wont work for black

Through capturing, evolving, and breeding alone you can probably get over 300 once you get the national dex. With the aid of other versions, you can get about 640 (excluding event Pokemon). Prior to getting the national dex, you can get about 140 or so.
