If you defeated Cobalion then how do you get him back in Mistralton Cave without cheats??

If you defeat it, there is no way to find it again. The only way to get one now is by Trade.

If you knock out legendaries, then you're just going to have to restart the game if you want to get them again. It's best to save before fighting one. Sorry.

You can get him back if you did not save the game after defeating them it happened to me also but I did not save the game so I restarted it and I got him

When you beat the elite 4 legendaries that were ko'ed will revive.

He comes back if you defeat the elite four again.If you're too lazy,then either trade or cheat.Whichever you prefer.
