I'm not sure why anyone would care how old N is, but it is never mentioned or hinted upon in the game.
You cannot rematch the gym leaders under any circumstances.

By the looks of him, he's look likes he's around 18 or 19 years old.

I have no idea how old he is but I know you can challenge the gym leaders again all you have to do is go inside a house and look at the tv programs and it will tell you where you can meet them and at what time.

Really, I LITERALY sit in front of the tv in pokemon black for 8 HOURS after I beat the game, nothing came up about rematching Gym leaders, I say he is 16-19

It is said on Bulbapedia that someone revealed that he is 20 years old, but I'm looking and thinking, NO WAY! HE LOOKS MORE LIKE 17! ?:/

N was 24 years old in the first Black and White game. It has been 3 year later to get where we start in the second game. Adding up the years to his age, he would be 27 years old. Then there is X and Y, and Sun and Moon, to add to this. I would say he is about 28-30 year old now.
