Ditto can only be caught in the fields at Giant Chasm. It's going to be at a fairly high level, so come prepared.

You find ditto in giant chasm which you get to by surfing from the top right beach section of route 13

You can find ditto in giant chasm. You can also find Kyreum there by finding a lake and then go on a snow hill

In the giant chasm tall grass a lvl 53 reshiram/zekrom should be able to get it low enough health to use an ultra ball
