When you use a move that raises your stat in battle does that raised stat stay like that after a battle

No, it does not. The in battle stat raise completely disappears after you exit the battle. It's only there to give you a momentary boost. If it did stay raised, it could easily be abused.

If you would want to raise your Pokemon's stats forever you would have to buy a medicine like Zink, Protien, Ect. Otherwise unless you have some wicked cheats or something it's never going to happen or the game would be rediculously easy and nobody would buy it.
