You can't get it in Pokemon Black. Its only found in Pokemon White so you have to trade to get it. If you have Wi-Fi then you can go to our Pokemon Trading Fourm. Someone there could trade you one.

Or catch it from n with a code to catch Pokemon from trainers

Try using the wild Pokemon modifier or use the action replay cheat to catch n's zekrom or trade.
