Well you need to go to Nacrene City. From there go to the fancy looking building. Thats the gym, when you entered you'll be shown around by a guy. Now this gym doubles as a museum. At the very back of the museum part is where the gym starts. You'll have to solve a puzzle to get down to the gym leader. This puzzle involves books in bookcases. When you read the books your given a clue as to where to go next. Theres six bookcases and you start by going to the first one on the left. Now from there just follow the clues. Once you've done that one of the bookcases will move revealing some stairs that lead to the gym leader.
