You don't in this game, unfortunately. Thundurus is a Pokemon White exclusive Pokemon, meaning it only appears in the Pokemon White game. You'll need to trade it over from one of those games if you want it.

Thunderus is the Pokemon White exclusive, but Tornadus is the Pokemon Black exclusive. To find Tornadus (if that is who you were trying talking about) check the bullitin boards in the route connector buildings.

Unfortunately, only Tornadus can be caught in Black. Thundurus is White exclusive. Although, if you get both, you can go south of Undella Town to the Abundant Shrine. At the peak, Tornadus and Thundurus's Balls will rumble, and Landorus comes out. He is Lv. 70, has the Sand Force Ability, and knows Earthquake, Rock Slide, Sandstorm, and Fissure. He's a Ground-Flying type like Gliscor, so Ice does 4 times damage, but Electric does none.
