Do I need Just one of The dogs to get Zorark or do I need them all cause I only got two of the Dogs Entei Suine

Oh, you only need one. Just transfer it over and you'll gain access to Lostlorn Forest.

You must use the relocator, not the poke transfer. This is vital.

The name rater is at the part of Castelia City were it meets with route 4, at the left hand side of the buildings, there is 1 opening to enter. Once there, you should see a Hiker with a Pikachu, and then an older man, talk to the older man. He's the name rater.
