Question for Pokemon Black

Hey, I just asked about the Abyssal Ruins. So, I got to the second floor, but I can't find out how to get the block to move. I moved the block on the first floor, but I'm not sure how, so please help me. Thanks!

When you go into the Abyssal Ruins, you'll need to have a Pokemon with you that knows Strength and Flash. On the second floor when you go to the block use the move Flash. The third floor you will have to use the move Strength to get to the final floor. After you have made it to the forth floor the only way to go is out. You'll just have to wander around the forth floor until you get kicked out of the Ruins.

one the first floor where do i go top use those mmoves i always end up get tossed out of there befor im able to do anything

The one you use is in the exact center of the first floor. I'm not sure what requirements you have to fulfill though to get it to move. I think I got all the items on the floor before it moved but I'm not sure if thats what unlocks it.
