Pippa Funnell Week One chat room tasks

I can't complete the tasks as I cannot find the book, or get a stationary set for the two people in the common-room/coffee room but I'm blocked from going into the library and the girls room by one of the janitors.

To get the book you must go to the library (room with the book) but it will be locked, then go to the room with the desk and ask the teacher for the key. Then go and talk to the man blocking the way to the rooms, after he says no go back to the library and pick up the book near the computer and then go and talk to the dude. You'll ask him for his sandwich and he should now give it to you. Take the sandwich to the man blocking the way, he'll now let you into the girls room, go in and take the envelope on her desk back to her. And you're done

1. Go to the library room, it will say it's locked.
2. Then go to the Classroom (Opposite the two girls rooms) the teacher should give you the key to the Library.
3. The book is in there between two desks.
4. Give the book to the boy in the Coffee room, he'll give you a sandwich which you then give to the man blocking the rooms. He'll then let you in the room to get the stationary.
