First talk to the girl in the chatroom (sorry forgot her name) then go to the girl with black hair's room and talk to her then go to the hall there should be a telephone on the table it will be out of order go back to the girl with black hair and ask her again then go to Paul (I think that's his name) and ask for the battery then go back to the black hair girl and then go to the classroom and drag the phone to ginger go to Antonio's room and pick up the camera on the table sorry if it doesn't work but it worked for me

The most probable answer is the facet that your grades are too low, popularity,jump, dressage ect...
By going on statistics located at the bottom of the week a list of grades will appear on the top screen (if they are not already there) you should a series of bars, these need to be full on order to move on.
