I have heard many rumours about the Jack Russell book so you can unlock Jack russels at the kennel. It is also said that it is rare and that it is only obtainable on walks. Is this true because it would really help me out

i have a jack russell terrier.they cost about 1000 dollars. i found the book in the store for 145.40 dollars
