How do you start the whole game over again? I bought one off ebay and they didn't delete thier data

You can't actually start the game again but you can donate the dogs which you currently have. Just press 'Go out' and then 'Shopping'. After that press the 'Dog Hotel' button and then press 'Donate a dog'. This will get rid of the dog. However if you only have 1 dog, you cannot donate it. You must buy another dog first.
Eg: Say you had a dog called 'Bob' from the data which the player didn't delete, you cannot delete him unles you buy another dog first (let's call him Fred). So once you have bought Fred, you can THEN delete Bob.

When it is on the screen before you see tour dog, press A, B, Y, X, L and are and say yes

You just have to press all the lettered buttons simultaneously on the title screen
