I was wondering, say...if you had this game for like, 15 to 50 years,("Yeah right") would the dogs get puppies or die?

The puppies that you own do not age so they cannot die or breed

No they can't die, even if you leave them without food or water for over a month. The reason is that they don't age, so they also can't breed to have more puppies. Hope this helps!
