Are there diamond rings that exist in this game?? I read somewhere that you can get them w/ a lucky collar and clover clock. Is that true?

Yes, gcman07, diamond rings,or A.K.A. Promise rings do exist, they sell for $1,000.00 in the secondhand shop. But with the collars and clocks well...
A whole different story. But I did get a GOLD BAR when my pinscher, Tuh, wore a rainbow wig, a platinum collar, and party glasses,but, I guess it was just a coincidence. But anyway, gcman07, Good Luck!!! :D

They are called "promise rings". They are worth $ 1,000 (each one). The lucky collar and the clover clock can't guarantee you will get one soon, but they do help you by making them easier to find. Hope this helps!

I despartely wanted to sell it but my dogs loved it dearly.
