Ok, my oppinion for disc competitions, contrary to what other people think, the best dogs to use are the small ones. Daschunds, chiouaus (spelling), Yorkies, corgies, etc. For agility trials, big dogs as they can jump high. The best ones are Beagles, Jack russels, Golden Retrievers, Labradores and Shiba Inu's.
Obedience trials.. Basically anything. Try and get the dogs which have in their description either: Highly reccomended for first-time dog owners. Or: is well suited to family life, will love it's owner etc..
Hope I answered your question.
OrangeSockMonkey.
The best dogs is a husky and a shiba inu also pugs for agility. The husky was my best dog and he came out good in disc throwing and agility. Also shiba inu is very easy dog to train. So those dogs are very great companions.
The big dogs are better for agility. Besides that, it does not matter on the breed. It just depends how you train them.
I havent entered the obedience trials yet but for the agility trials I unlocked the dalmation so I used it and it came first in the championship. On the disc competition I used a husky and it also came first in the champion ship. I went and trained twice a day for 4 days and it worked.
P.S. Please give me a good rating
