What is beg and how does he do it I need it for other tricks

You have to drag up whe his sitting but it takes a long time to get him to beg.
Actually you have to drag up from inbetween his front paws when s/he's standing and if you do it right it will beg and when in the begging pose you can grab the paw and slowly raies it to make the dog dance
