No, they don't grow up, and you cannot have puppies. There is no feature for that.

The puppies don't age and they can have puppies.
How to breed:
Just get two of the same breed, but avoid Chihuahuas, Dachshunds, and Corgis (because they don't work). Have the female wear the rose and have the male wear the lucky collar. These two dogs should be the only ones in your house. Only take the female away to brush her and pet her (the male can go out for SHORT walks, but don't yake the male out between 8 p.m. And 4 a.m.) Feed them only Dry Food and Milk. Play the "Friendly Whiff" record over and over for a few days. If they start to fight (tackling, biting, etc.) play the "Flower Waltz" record so they dance and get distracted. After a few days, they won't bark as much and the female will get chubbier. And you just might come back on one day and have yourself a wonderful surprise!
