You have to find it when you take one of your dogs out for a walk and pick up a present
When you walk your dog he usually finds gifts that might be that rare thing your talking about.
Mmm maybe you're talking about the promise ring. The stuff your dogs find on a walk are totally random, but you could try using the luck collar, the clover clock and another stuff like that. I do it all the time ;) hope this helps a lot!
