How many trainer points do you need for the pull rope and jump rope because I was told 300 and I have like 1300 or is it not in the pet supply and I have tried both discount shops.

It appears at random, I have 12k TP and I JUST got the pull rope and the jump rope. XD; I hope I helped, because there's really nothing you can do but wait.
