To even get to those levels, you must beat worlds 2 and 5 as mini mario

You complete words four and seven by beating the boss in the end of the castle in worlds 2 and 5 as mini mario. I would also suggest having another mini mario mushroom in your reserved item spot.aka the little bubble on the bottom of both screens.
