You need a blue turtle shell to succeed. Play the the tower (W1-4.5). Go the midpoint where there is the tube that spits you high up to the coins. Then, while you drop down, go right and you will see a yellow door. Go inside (in front and press up)and there will be lots of moving stones... To the right top corner, go down one stone, and there is one stone moving especially slow. Get on top of it and go to the right. You will transport to another place.
(Additional: If you go the leftest of the scenery and jump, you will get a one up mushroom ^-^)Ok now this is where the blue turtle shell will help you. DO NOT GO INSIDE THE YELLOW TUBE OR YOU WILL GO BACK. Use the X/Y button and "run". You will turn into a spinning/rolling turtle shell. When that happens, destroy the three blocks that are blocking the entrance the the other side(it is beneath the yellow tube opening). When you get through, do the same thing to the other blocks blocking the other tube. Then go in and tackle the red flag Smile!
