Ya know where the water you raise is in world 2-3? Hit the ? Switch and swim in the opening of the ceiling. Hit the upside-down ? Switch there ( to the left ) and swim up to the opening in the wall. You only have 10 seconds to hit the 2nd switch and 5 to get to the hole ( in the wall ) where you'll pop out in 2-A.
